D Peckham Workshop Arrangements

If you are receiving this you have reserved a place on the Dominic Peckham Workshop day. Below are the final details for the day.

9.00 Registration

9.30 First session begins

10.45 Morning break

11.15 Second session begins

12.45 Lunch

1.45 Third session begins

3.00 Afternoon break

3.30 Final rehearsal for concert

4.30 Break before concert

5.00-5.45 Concert for parents and friends

If students are being dropped off by car, please use the main entrance in Whitenap Lane and then turn left just inside the entrance. There will be Mountbatten students there directing your child to School Reception where they will be met by Kerry, Kim and Jess. (Cars can be parked temporarily in the caged basketball area; please do not leave your car there as the area is used for PE lessons). If students are being brought by coach or minibus, please use the bus lane in Whitenap Lane or Luzborough Lane. For the concert, parents and friends should use the main entrance to the school in Whitenap Lane and park anywhere on the site.

The workshops are being held in the Main Hall which is just next to the School Reception – this is in the middle of the front of school buildings and has a blue canopy. There will be an MBVox reception desk there; please let us know when you have arrived.

The Main Hall is used for catering during school break and lunch time, so we will be using the Lantern Theatre building for workshop students at these times. Drinks and snacks will be available to buy there, but students should bring their own packed lunch and snacks as well.

As far as I am aware the concert is free and not ticketed.

Students should wear school uniform as normal on this day.
