Timings

Arrive for a 4.00pm start please

  • 4 – 5pm: HCYC rehearsal (5pm onwards: non-Chamber Choir members to eat & change)

  • 5 – 5.30pm: HCYCC rehearsal (5.30pm onwards: Chamber Choir members to eat & change)

  • 5.30 – 6pm: Soloists’ rehearsal

  • 6.30 – 7pm: Drinks reception (6.50pm: choir to stage)

  • 7pm: Concert start time

  • 8.15pm: Estimated concert finish time

Location: Beaulieu Abbey Church, Palace Lane, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst SO42 7YG

Boys – black shirts, black trousers, (clean & polished!) smart black shoes

Girls – HCYC blouses & skirts, (clean & polished!) smart black shoes

Music folders – will be provided on the day

  • Music, as outlined above

  • A packed tea

  • Your uniform
