HCJC Carmina Arrangements
Dear Junior Choir Parents and Members Please find below arrangements for our performance of Carmina Burana at The Anvil on 19 March 2017. The arrival time has now changed and we will need you to arrive at 12pm through the main entrance where a member of HCYC staff will be there to meet you and register your child. There is nowhere for us to store personal belongings or change on the day so it is suggested that each member arrives in their uniform with either a T-shirt/cardigan/hoodie over the top to keep it clean for the performance at 4pm. Concert dress is as follows: Black trousers Junior Choir polo shirt (Light Blue) Black shoes Black socks Neat and tidy hair off the face If you are a new member and don’t already have the correct uniform, please contact Jo Trotter of the Friends association as a matter of urgency. Jo Trotter – peanutjt1@btinternet.com – 07784 999039 We will collect in their packed lunch at registration and hand it back to them after the rehearsal. Please make sure that their packed lunch is clearly marked with their name and that they have plenty of bottled water and food for the day. There will be some time between rehearsals if they would like to bring a book, but please do not bring gadgets as we will have nowhere lockable to store them safely. All coats and bags will be placed in large bags and stored for them until the end of the day. They cannot take anything on stage with them. This includes lyrics, so please make sure that your child has learnt them off by heart. After the concert please meet your child upstairs in the foyer near the bar area. All members must sign out with a member of staff - please make sure this is done before you leave. There are still some tickets available for this event, but I would advise acting sooner rather than later. With the amount of ensembles and people involved it is sure to be a sell out! You can buy tickets through The Anvil Box Office on 01256 844244 or online at www.anvilarts.org.uk If you have any queries please get in touch as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you all for what promises to be an opportunity of a lifetime for our young people. Kindest regards Kerry Kenward – HCYC Administrator On behalf of Jessica Orba and Tara Chapman (HCJC) and Carl Clausen (HCYO)
