Below is a list of who we are expecting to attend, who we understand will be travelling with us and who will be making their own way to Basingstoke. Please check this list carefully. If this is not what you expected to see or your circumstances have changed please let us know ASAP via email to georgina.holder@hants.gov.uk
Please refer to your email for names and transport arrangements.
Rehearsals start at 8.45am followed by two performances, one at 10.30am and one at 2.15pm for hundreds of local primary school children from all over the County.
There will be a break for lunch in between performances so all members will need to bring a packed lunch and plenty of bottled water (containers with screw top lids please, no cans or cartons). All members will need to stay on site and will not be able to go out as we will be very limited on time.
A coach will collect us at 14.45pm from The Anvil and we anticipate that we will be back at the drop off point, South Winchester Park and Ride, for 15.45pm ready for you to meet us.
There will be very limited time between rehearsals and the performance so please arrive at the drop off point in Show Choir uniform; smart and freshly ironed black shirt, trousers, black socks, smart shoes, clean and tidy freshly washed hair and your best smile!
The HCYC mobile will be your point of contact for any issues/emergencies on the day: 07768 648175.
For those members who are attending the Music for Youth trip to Birmingham on 5 July, details will be sent out very shortly.
If you have any questions please let us know.
Kind regards
Kim and Kerry
