Show Choir Concert - The Great Hall - 3 November 2017

Please read the following carefully as different parts of these arrangements apply to different people.

3 November Training Choir Rehearsal

This rehearsal will happen as normal but will finish 5 minutes early. If your child is JUST a member of Training Choir, please arrive early to collect them.

Those who are members of Training AND Show will then walk down to The Great Hall with me to meet the others.

Show Choir Great Hall Concert, Winchester

If you are a member of Show Choir and NOT a member of Training please head straight to the Great Hall in Winchester for 5.40pm and one of the Friends will be there to meet you and direct you to the dressing room.

Our rehearsal time is 6pm - 6.30pm with the performance starting at 7pm.

Please make sure that you bring:

Packed tea

Uniform shirt and trousers

Black socks and shoes (Please make sure that your trousers are long enough, no leggings!)

Bottled Water

Music

The performance will finish around 9.15pm at which time the members can be collected.
